FOR TEAMS

I set up Claude and n8n for your team.

For the person at a small company who decided to pay for AI and wants it to actually stick.

You probably landed here from one of my plan comparisons. Picking the plan is the easy part. The hard part is the boring setup nobody does, and the first three chores you hand over so the seats stop being an expense. ChatGPT teams too: the setup is the same, only the plan changes.

I run my own company on this stack every week: 8 articles, 14 shorts, and a long-form video, with the post-production automated. Before that I spent years inside a bank's operations team doing the manual work by hand. I know what a Monday looks like.

$ input: your team + the chore you hate

$ output: the plan, the setup, the first three automations

$ owner: you (I leave a handoff doc)

ok running by week two

Three ways in

Start with the one that matches how sure you are.

01 · Workshop

The 2-hour team workshop

$1,500

Which plan each seat actually needs, the boring setup that stops Claude forgetting your work, and the three chores your team should hand to it first. Live, on your screens, recorded so the people who missed it can catch up.

02 · Setup

The done-with-you setup

from $2,500

One weekly manual loop, built with you: requests come in, get sorted and entered where they belong, and a draft report lands for review. Running inside two weeks, with the handoff doc so nobody depends on me.

03 · Keep it running

Monitoring plus one improvement a month

from $750/mo

Tools change their APIs, limits move, a step breaks at 2am. I watch it, fix it, and ship one improvement a month. Cancel any month.

Most teams start with the workshop. If the setup makes sense after it, the workshop fee comes off the setup price.

Who this is for

Small teams with one manual loop they're tired of.

Good fit
  • - You run a team of 2-50 and you're already paying (or about to pay) for Claude or ChatGPT seats
  • - There is at least one thing your team does by hand every week that you'd pay to never do again
  • - You want it set up right once, not a course, not a community
Not a fit
  • - You want a content system for your personal brand (that is a different offer: /services)
  • - You're a solo creator on a budget (my free setup guide is the honest answer: /setup)
  • - You need a full software build or a data migration

Straight answers

The four things a team lead asks first.

Does my data leave our tools?

No. Everything runs inside your own accounts: your Claude or ChatGPT seats, your n8n or Make instance, your Google or Microsoft workspace. I build in there with you and leave with nothing but the handoff doc. I never hold your credentials.

We're on ChatGPT, not Claude. Still you?

Yes. The setup is the same shape on both. I pay for both stacks and I'll tell you honestly which one fits the chore, which is sometimes the one you're not on.

Do we need a developer on our side?

No. The whole point is that the people who do the work every Monday can run and change it. If a piece needs real code, I say so before we start, not after.

What happens after I send the form?

Within a day you get two questions from me by email. Then a 20-minute call to scope it. Then a written plan with a fixed price. You decide. No deck, no drip campaign.

Tell me what you'd hand off

One sentence is enough.

Describe the thing your team does by hand every week. I reply within a day with two questions, then we do a 20-minute call to scope it. No deck, no discovery funnel.
